SBS- Application Process

  • Complete the forms in the Admissions Packet
  • Mail/Deliver completed forms and the following to Cindy Diniaco or her administrative assistant:
    • Most recent Grades and Academic Transcript
    • Psycho-educational evaluation;any available
    • Assessments including school standardized
      [ITBS.CTBS,SAT,etc] , reading assessments, etc.
    • $110.00 non refundable Application Fee
  • Arrange Parent and Student Interview:
    • Interview will be scheduled following review of above Application Package.
    • Program Placement will be discussed concluding the interview.
    • $225.00 Program Placement Fee is administered under ies
      (Individualized Education Services, Inc.).


      All tuition and fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the school year.
